A native of Pennsylvania, Tyson put himself through Penn State by waiting
tables and working for Bechtel Corp. After leaving college and forming an
import/export business, he realized he had a gift for sales and training.
His energy and work ethic made him one of the most successful trainers
and sales representatives in a world renowned training organization where
he led the Philadelphia region in sales.
Tyson moved to Ohio in 2002 and, with Ed Eppley, created Tyson Eppley
Management (TEM). TEM partnered with well known training firms to provide
business consulting in a variety of fields including professional development,
sales and sales leadership. Over the next 8 years, TEM transitioned from trainer
to key business advisor for such clients as Steris, BMW Financial Services
and McGohan Brabender.
In 2010, Lance focused his business activity on Sales and Management training
in the pro-sports industry. He partnered with Legends Premium Sales and is
their Vice President of Sales Training. His love of sports allows him to work with
the most recognizable pro-sports ticket sales teams in the country. Tyson’s goal
is to offer consulting to the pro-sports community that sharpens selling skills
and takes sales teams to the next level. His clients include: Dallas Cowboys,
Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49er’s, Tampa Bay Buccaneers,
Cleveland Cavaliers, and Indiana Pacers.
Tyson lives in Columbus with his wife of 14 years, Lisa, and their 3 sons.
Tyson is actively involved in Columbus Youth Hockey. He's also involved in his
Church and serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of
